Form 700

The Political Reform Act of 1974 requires persons holding specified public offices to file disclosures of investments, real property interests, and income within specified periods of assuming or leaving office, and annually while holding the office. Specified local elected officers file their statements of economic interests with the city clerk or county clerk, who makes and retains a copy of each statement and forwards the original to the Fair Political Practices Commission, which is the filing officer.

The following Town of Ross officials are specified in Government Code Section 87200, to file a Form 700 – Statement of Economic Interests with the Town Clerk:

The Town of Ross is utilizing the Netfile e-filing system for the Statement of Economic Interests - Form 700.  The public may view copies of Form 700s for Town Council and designated Town Staff and Consultants through the Netfile system at the following link:

Statements of Economic Interests filed prior to 2019 may be viewed in the Town Clerk's Office. Form 700s for designated 87200 filers can also be accessed in electronic format on the FPPC’s website at www.fppc.ca.gov.
