Engineering
Engineering Services are provided using contract professional engineering firms. Services include assistance with administration of Capital Improvement Program (CIP) projects, design and major project work for engineering projects, project development and contract administration (e.g., CALTRANS), processing improvement plans and land development applications (e.g., easements, flood plain map reviews), and complex encroachment permits, are provided through these contracts.
