Unlike most communities, the Town of Ross operates without a Finance Director or Department. Town Manager Gary Broad and the Council Finance Subcommittee chart the Town’s financial course.  They prepare the annual budget and assess the Town’s financial performance on a monthly basis. The Town’s conservative fiscal practices have enabled Ross to continue to offer improved services to its residents despite the worldwide economic turbulence.
