The following are current public hearing notices for Planning Department items that will be considered by the Town Council.  Notices are mailed to owners within 300 to 500 feet of the perimeter of a project site at least 10 days prior to a Town Council hearing. The agendas are also posted at the project site and on the bulletin boards at Town Hall and the Post Office.

The information in these public notices is incorporated into the agenda for the Council meeting. Notices are provided here to give additional advance notice of upcoming hearings to interested parties.
